Grilled Salsa Corn
Make your 'maize' more amazing. Grill corn on the cob and smother it with spicy CHI-CHI'S® Salsa.
4 ears fresh corn
1 jar CHI-CHI'S
1. Lightly oil grill rack. Prepare grill for direct heat.
2. Pull husks back from corn, keeping them attached at base; discard silk. Push husk back around ears; soak corn in cold water 10 minutes.
3. Drain corn; grill in husks, turning occasionally, 10 minutes. Pull back husks; grill, turning occasionally, 5 minutes longer or until browned and tender. Spoon salsa over grilled corn.
