Cranberry Chicken and Couscous
Make chicken that's kickin'. Serve it on a bed of couscous topped with colorful, thick and spicy CHI-CHI'S® Salsa.
1 (1-pound) package boneless, skinless chicken breast tenders
1 (11.5-ounce) jar CHI-CHI'S® 16 oz Thick & Chunky Salsa Medium
1/3 cup whole cranberry sauce
1/4 cup water
1 package Marrakesh Express® Plain Couscous
1. Coat large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Add chicken; cook over medium-high heat, turning once, 5 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
2. Add salsa, cranberry sauce and water to skillet. Reduce heat to low; cover. Simmer 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
3. Prepare couscous according to package directions. Serve chicken over couscous.
