Are your taste buds looking to party? This aptly named dish is definitely a cause for celebration, with all the fun and flavor of CHI-CHI'S® Salsa.
1 soft shell taco dinner kit
1 cup garden vegetable cream cheese
1 (10-ounce) can Hormel® Chunk Breast of Chicken, drained and flaked
1 (7-ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
1. Heat oven to 400°F.
2. Spread each Tortilla with 2 tablespoons cream cheese.
3. In small bowl, combine chicken, Taco Seasoning, Taco Sauce, Hot Sauce, corn and beans; spread chicken mixture over each of 4 Tortillas. Top with remaining Tortillas, cream cheese-side-down.
4. Place quesadillas on baking sheet. Bake 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into wedges; serve with favorite Mexican toppings as desired.
