Chili Cheese Beer Bread
If you like beer, you'll love the flavor of this chili cheese beer bread. It bakes up quick and tasty with a spicy hint of CHI-CHI'S® Diced Green Chilies.
3 cups buttermilk baking mix
1 cup beer
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 (4.25-ounce) can CHI-CHI'S® Diced Green Chilies, drained
2 tablespoons sugar
1. Heat oven to 375ºF. Grease 1 1/2-quart round baking dish or 9x5-inch loaf pan.
2. In large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Turn into baking dish. Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cut into wedges or slices and serve with sliced cheeses, if desired.
