Chicken Nachos

Don't take boring nachos sitting down. Stand up for satisfaction and deliciousness by preparing them with HORMEL® Chunk Chicken and CHI-CHI'S® Smooth & Spicy Picante Sauce.


2 medium potatoes (about 1 pound), cut into 1/4-inch slices

1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

1 (5-ounce) can HORMEL® Chunk Chicken, drained and flaked

3 tablespoons CHI-CHI'S™ Smooth & Spicy Picante Sauce Mild

2 tablespoons chopped green onions

3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

2 tablespoons sliced ripe olives


1. On large microwave-safe platter, arrange potatoes; sprinkle with garlic salt. Cover with plastic wrap.
2. Microwave on HIGH (100%), rotating platter once, 4 to 5 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
3. In medium bowl, combine chicken, picante sauce and onions; stir well. Spoon 1 teaspoon chicken mixture onto each potato round. Sprinkle with cheese; top with olives. Cover; microwave on HIGH (100%) 1 minute or until cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
