Chicken and Salsa Tortilla Bites
Roll up a great-tasting snack made with chicken and CHI-CHI'S® Salsa. For an extra kick, substitute 1 cup of jalapeño-flavored cream cheese for the vegetable cream cheese.
1 cup garden vegetable cream cheese, softened
1 (10-ounce) can Hormel® Chunk Breast of Chicken, drained
1/2 cup CHI-CHI'S® Thick & Chunky Salsa Mild, drained
4 CHI-CHI'S® 8 inch Flour Tortilla Soft Taco Size
CHI-CHI'S® Thick & Chunky Salsa Mild, to serve

1. In small bowl, stir together cream cheese, chicken and salsa. Gently stir until well mixed.
2. Spread chicken mixture evenly over each tortilla to within 1/2 inch of edge. Tightly roll up tortillas.
3. Wrap in plastic wrap; refrigerate until serving time. Cut tortillas into 1-inch pieces to serve. Secure with wooden pick. Makes about 32.
