Chicken & Bacon Quesadillas

Pass up that Mexican restaurant. Because it's easy to make restaurant-quality quesadillas right at home. Just don't forget to tell your family it's OK to tip.


1 cup garden vegetable cream cheese, softened

1 (10-ounce) can Hormel® Chunk Breast of Chicken, drained and flaked

1/2 cup Hormel® Real Crumbled Bacon

1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend

6 CHI-CHI'S® 8 inch Flour Tortilla Soft Taco Size


1. In medium bowl, stir together cream cheese, chicken, bacon and shredded cheese; mix well. Spread chicken mixture evenly over tortillas. Fold tortillas in half.
2. Heat griddle or large skillet; add quesadillas. Cook 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Cut each tortilla into wedges; serve with favorite Mexican toppings as desired.
