California Hot Artichoke and Chilie Dip

Party guests will get a kick out of this great-tasting dip made with the inviting flavor of CHI-CHI'S® Diced Green Chilies and Red Jalapeño Wheels.

Notes: Makes 2 1/2 cups.


1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1 (4.25-ounce) can CHI-CHI'S® Diced Green Chilies, drained

3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup sliced green onions

1 tablespoon CHI-CHI'S® Red Jalapeno Wheels

CHI-CHI'S® salsa

Toasted French bread slices


1. Heat oven to 350ºF.
2. In medium bowl, combine artichoke hearts, chilies, 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, the Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons onions and the jalapeño.
3. Spoon cheese mixture into 9-inch pie plate or similar baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup
4. Cheddar cheese and 1 tablespoon onion.
5. Bake dip 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly golden brown and bubbly. Serve with salsa and toasted French bread slices, if desired.
