Salsa Brats


2 (12-ounce) bottles beer

8 turkey brats

8 Chi-Chi’s® taco-sized tortillas, warmed

1 cup Chi-Chi’s® Salsa Verde

1 cup corn kernels

½ cup diced red onion

Cilantro sprigs for garnish


1. In large skillet, add beer. Heat over medium heat. Add brats, reduce heat to low. Simmer, covered, 20 minutes.
2. Prepare grill for medium heat. Remove brats from beer. Discard beer. Cook brats on greased grill 5 to 10 minutes or until grill marks appear.
3. Place brats on each tortilla. Top with salsa, corn, red onion and cilantro sprigs. Fold over to enclose filling.
