These meatball tacos are rolling in flavor. Made with palate-pleasing fillings spiced just right using CHI-CHI'S® Restaurante Seasoning Mix and CHI-CHI'S® Diced Green Chilies.

1 pound ground beef

1 (.87-ounce) package CHI-CHI’S Restaurante Seasoning Mix

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 egg, lightly beaten

¾ cup plain dry breadcrumbs

1/2 cup sour cream

½ cup mayonnaise

1 (4.25-ounce) can CHI-CHI’S diced green chilies

1 cup cilantro sprigs, divided

2 green onions, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

3 tablespoons lime juice

½ teaspoon salt

10 CHI-CHI’S® taco-size tortillas, warmed

½ cup diced red onion

1. To make the meatballs, heat oven to 375°F. Grease wire rack, place on baking sheet. In large bowl, combine all meatball ingredients. Shape mixture into 1-inch meatballs. Arrange in single layer on wire rack. Bake 30 minutes or until browned and cooked.
2. To make spicy cilantro dressing, in bowl of food processor, process sour cream, mayonnaise, green chilies, 2/3 cup cilantro, green onions, garlic, lime juice and salt. Process until smooth. Spoon into bowl. Chill until ready to use.
