Nacho flavor that’s as big as Texas. You’re going to need a sizeable platter to contain the sizeable flavor of these nachos, made with CHI-CHI’S® Mexican food. Yee-haw!
1/2 pound lean ground beef
1/2 (1.25-ounce) package CHI-CHI'S® Restaurante Seasoning Mix
2 tablespoons water
1/2 cup CHI-CHI'S® Thick and Chunky Salsa
1 (15-ounce) can Hormel® Chili with Beans
1 cup CHI-CHI'S® Salsa Con Queso
1 bag CHI-CHI’S® Corn Tortilla Chips Round
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Shredded lettuce, sour cream, WHOLLY GUACAMOLE® dip and CHI-CHI'S® Sliced Jalapeños
1. In skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef until no longer pink and cooked thoroughly to 165°F; drain well. Add seasoning mix and 2 tablespoons of water.
2. Stir salsa into meat mixture and heat to simmering. Meanwhile, warm chili and salsa con queso as package directs.
3. Top tortilla chips with seasoned ground beef, chili, salsa con queso and shredded cheese.
4. Top with the shredded lettuce, sour cream, guacamole and jalapeño peppers. Serves 8.
