Mexican Pizza

Make a pizza you’ll love to eatzza. Making the world’s greatest pizza is as easy as pizza pie—with a little a help, of course, from festive and flavorful CHI-CHI’S® Mexican food.

1 pound ground beef

2 tablespoons CHI-CHI'S® Restaurante Seasoning Mix

2 tablespoons water

4 (10-inch) CHI-CHI'S® Flour Tortillas, burrito size

6 tablespoons CHI-CHI’S® Red Enchilada Sauce

1½ cups finely shredded Mexican blend cheese

Sliced green onions and diced fresh tomatoes

CHI-CHI’S® Jalapeño Wheels and WHOLLY GUACAMOLE® dip, to serve

1. Heat oven to 400°F. In skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat, until no longer pink and cooked thoroughly to 165°F.
2. Add taco seasoning mix and 2 tablespoons of water to ground beef. Cook and stir for 2 to 3 minutes.
3. Place tortillas on baking sheets. Spread each flour tortilla with 1½ tablespoons enchilada sauce. Divide the beef mixture among each tortilla and top with shredded cheese.
4. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until tortilla is crisp and cheese is melted.
5. Top with sliced green onions and diced tomatoes. Serve with CHI-CHI’S® Jalapeño Wheels and WHOLLY GUACAMOLE® dip. Makes 4 individual pizzas.
