1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 pound ground lean beef

1 package CHI-CHI'S

1 cup CHI-CHI'S

1.5 cups shredded Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese blend


1) In skillet, cook tortilla wedges in oil until crisp and golden brown; drain on paper towels. Place tortillas on ovenproof platter; place in warm oven.
2) In skillet, brown beef until no longer pink; drain. Add taco seasoning; prepare according to package directions. Stir in salsa.
3) Remove warm tortillas from oven. Top with seasoned beef and cheese. Top with desired toppings.
