Breakfast Brat Rollups
Roll out of bed and roll up some flavor. Make breakfast brats with protein-packed turkey brats and eye-opening CHI-CHI'S® Salsa.
Ingredients:
1 (14-ounce) package Jennie-O Turkey Store® Original Brats, sliced into 1/4-inch pieces
6 large eggs, beaten
1 cup shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
6 CHI-CHI'S® 8 inch Flour Tortilla Soft Taco Size
3/4 cup CHI-CHI'S® Thick & Chunky Salsa Mild
Preparation:
1. In large nonstick skillet, cook brats until heated thoroughly. Add eggs; cook until soft scrambled. Stir in cheese. Spoon egg mixture into tortillas; top with salsa.
