Grilled Cheese and Salsa

You can have tomato soup with your grilled cheese. Or tomatoes inside your grilled cheese. Or you could make things more interesting with the tomatoey taste of CHI-CHI'S® Salsa.

Ingredients:

CHI-CHI'S® Thick & Chunky Salsa Mild

Preparation:

1. Place 1 slice buttered wheat bread in hot skillet. Top with cheese. Place another slice buttered bread in skillet. Remove both slices when cheese starts to melt. Using spoon, spread salsa over cheese; top with grilled slice bread.
