Eat breakfast in style—southwest-style—with this cheesy and flavorful dish made with lively CHI-CHI'S® Salsa.
1 (9-inch) frozen pie crust
1 cup shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese blend
4 large eggs
1 cup half-and-half
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup CHI-CHI'S® Original Recipe Salsa Medium
1. Heat oven to 425°F. Bake pie crust 6 to 8 minutes; remove. Reduce oven tempearature to 350°F. Sprinkle cheese into crust.
2. In bowl, beat eggs; stir in half-and-half, sour cream and salsa. Pour over cheese in crust.
3. Bake quiche 45 minutes or until top is lightly browned and filling is set. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut into wedges; serve with additional salsa.
