Barbecue Pork Burritos

Instead of the grill, it'll be you who's fired up about this simple and amazing barbeque recipe. It features the perfect combination of CHI-CHI'S® Salsa and LLOYD'S® Barbeque.


1 (16-ounce) can refried beans

4 CHI-CHI'S® 9 inch Burrito Tortilla

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

1 cup CHI-CHI'S® Thick & Chunky Salsa Mild


1. Spread 1/4 of refried beans in center of each tortilla. Top each with 1/4 cup pork and 1/4 cup cheese. Fold one end of each tortilla over filling; fold right and left sides over folded end. Fold remaining end down.
2. In 11x7-inch microwave-safe dish, cover filled tortillas with salsa; cover dish loosely.
3. Microwave burritos on HIGH (100%) 5 minutes or until hot, rotating dish 1/4 turn after 3 minutes. Serve with additional salsa, if desired.
