Southwestern Layered Dip
It's a layer of love, southwestern-style. A tasty triumph drizzled with seasoned taco beef and topped with shredded cheese, chopped avocados and tomatoes.
Notes: Makes 4 cups.
Ingredients:
1 package 8-ounce cream cheese
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup CHI-CHI'S™ Taco Sauce with Seasoned Ground Beef
1 cup chopped lettuce
1/3 cup sliced green onions
1/3 cup sliced ripe olives
1/3 cup chopped tomato
1/2 pitted, peeled and chopped avocado
2 tablespoons shredded Cheddar cheese
Tortilla chips or crackers
Preparation:
1. In small bowl, beat together cheese dip, cream cheese and Worcestershire sauce until well blended.
2. On serving plate, spread cheese dip mixture. Drizzle with taco meat. Top with lettuce, onions, olives, tomato, avocado and shredded cheese. Serve with chips.
