Southwest Layered Pumpkin Dip
Everyone will be pumped up about ths pumpkin dip. A refreshing mix of pumpkin, jalapeño wheels, diced chilies and CHI-CHI'S® Salsa.
1 (15-ounce) can pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
8 ounces sour cream
2 tablespoons CHI-CHI'S® Green Jalapeno Wheels, chopped
1 (4.25-ounce) can CHI-CHI'S® Diced Green Chilies, drained
1 tablespoon CHI-CHI'S® Restaurante Seasoning Mix
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
2 cups CHI-CHI'S® 16 oz Thick & Chunky Salsa Medium, drained
1. In medium bowl, stir together pumpkin and cream cheese until well mixed. Spread mixture into 11x7-inch baking dish.
2. In small bowl, stir together sour cream, jalepeños, green chilies and seasoning mix. Spread over pumpkin mixture. Top with lettuce, cheese and salsa. Cover; refrigerate several hours before serving. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping, if desired.
