Southwest Blackened Pork Chops

4 boneless pork loin or rib chops (about 1 1/4 pounds), 1/2 inch thick
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1.5 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon fennel seeds
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 1/4 cups CHI-CHI'S® 16 oz Thick & Chunky Salsa Medium
2 small oranges, peeled, segmented and coarsely chopped
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1. Prepare grill for medium heat.
2. Rub both sides of pork chops with oil. In small bowl, combine chili powder, fennel seeds and cumin; mix well. Pat seasoning mixture onto both sides of each pork chop.
3. Grill pork chops 5 minutes on each side or until no longer pink in center.
4. In medium bowl, combine salsa, oranges and onions; mix well. Serve with pork chops.
