Seven-Layer Mexican Dip

Spice up any gathering with a divinely delicious dip made with the always-inviting flavor of CHI-CHI'S® Diced Green Chilies and Restaurante Seasoning Mix.

Ingredients:

1 (15-ounce) can refried beans

1 cup sour cream

1 (0.78-ounce) package CHI-CHI'S® Restaurante Seasoning Mix

1 cup diced tomatoes

1 (4.25-ounce) can CHI-CHI'S® Diced Green Chilies, drained

1 (2.25-ounce) can sliced ripe olives, drained

3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

3/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

CHI-CHI'S® salsa

Tortilla chips

Preparation:

1. On 10-inch microwave-safe serving platter, evenly spread refried beans; cover. Microwave on HIGH (100%), rotating dish once, 2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
2. In bowl, combine sour cream and seasoning mix; mix well. Spread over beans. Layer remaining ingredients over sour cream mixture. Serve with chips and salsa, if desired.
