Salsa Corn Nibblers

It's a cool corn treat that's fun to eat. Chilled slices of crunchy, corn cob smothered in sassy, spicy CHI-CHI'S® Salsa.


4 fresh or frozen ears of corn

1 (16-ounce) jar CHI-CHI'S® 16 oz Thick & Chunky Salsa Medium


1. In Dutch oven, bring 3 quarts water to a boil. Add corn; cook 5 to 8 minutes or until tender. Cool corn slightly; cut into 2-inch slices.
2. In large bowl, combine corn and salsa; mix well. Cover; refrigerate at least 4 hours or up to 24 hours. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
