Mexican Layered Dip Wedges

Serve a deliciously simple snack with just enough spicy kick to wow any crowd.


1 (15-ounce) can refried beans

1 1/2 cups CHI-CHI'S® 16 oz Thick & Chunky Salsa Medium

4 CHI-CHI'S® 9 inch Burrito Tortilla

1 cup sour cream

1 (10-ounce) can Hormel® Chunk Breast of Chicken, drained and flaked

1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend

1 cup Hormel® Real Crumbled Bacon

1/2 cup sliced green onions


1. In small bowl, combine refried beans and 1/2 cup salsa. Spread salsa mixture evenly over tortillas. Top with sour cream, chicken, remaining salsa, cheese, bacon and onions. Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges to serve.
